What can I expect at a Care Net Client Marketing Solutions (CMS) training event?

These trainings are designed to provide practical, hands-on training to assist centers to reach more clients effectively. Objectives of the CMS training include:

  • Provide a multimedia training experience that teaches systematically the principles of effective client marketing.
  • Provide work sessions for participants to talk though specific strategies that is applicable to their center’s model and size.
  • Help participants gain insight into the importance of integration in their marketing efforts.
  • Provide practical application to developing an individualized six to twelve month plan. 
  • Share insight into target market research so that centers can communicate effectively the local clients they wish to attract.
  • Provide detailed explanations of different media outlets and the pros and cons of each.
  • Share strategies with centers on how to utilize their finalized marketing plan to attract new donors and funding for implementation.

My center has a fairly small budget and we are in a small town. Could we still benefit from training like this?

Absolutely! Care Net has designed this training to be applicable to any center size, model, and scale. No matter if your budget is $15,000 or over one million dollars we believe that all centers can benefit from this type of training. The tools provided allow you to work within whatever geographic location or ministry scale you may be operating.

What will my registration fee cover?

If you are attending a training outside of a national conference, your registration fee of $250 will cover your attendance at the training event, participants guide, a CD of marketing templates you can personalize to put together your plan, and lunch on both days. Attendees are responsible for evening dinners, hotel reservations and transportation to and from the event sites. If you are attending during a national conference, please refer to the conference registration form for fees.

Who should attend Client Marketing Solutions Training?

Center executive directors, board members, client service directors, and marketing and community relations staff are all encouraged to attend this training. Each center registering can send up to three staff members to an event.

Will I have the opportunity to purchase any other materials to support my marketing efforts at the training?

Yes, at each training we offer the Care Net client marketing tool kit for $199. This is a specially designed media tool kit with materials to help you implement marketing elements. There will also be an opportunity to participate in the Option Line e-Xtend web program.

What makes Client Marketing Solutions different from other pregnancy trainings that may be available?

CMS is unique in that it teaches centers systematically how to build an effective marketing plan. We also have deisgned the training to be practical in appication and theory.
